النموذج الياباني في إدارة العمليات

Abstract

The study aims to highlight the importance of Japan's approach to quality management and just-in-time production system (JIT) with identifying its components and requirements to implement this one in the environment of Algerian industrial organizations, in this context, the researcher has exploited the available topic literature, meanwhile the survey which is based on various statistical tools derived from statistical package software (SPSS) to analyze and manipulate data, has revealed the possibility of achieving this approach on the ground through selecting a sample of 34 enterprises. The main findings of the research represented a predisposition or tendency in the sample studies to adopt most principles of quality management and just in time production system (JIT). The study rises recommendations to studied sample for embracing the Japanese model related to the process management according to accurate scientific principles with taken on account all technological developments in order to increase the performance level in the studies enterprises, besides of other recommendations and proposals too. هدفت الدراسة الى ابراز اهمية المدخل الياباني لادارة الجودة و نظام انتاج الوقت المحدد و معرفة مكوناته و مستلزمات تطبيقه في بيئة المنظمات الصناعية الجزائرية، في هذا الاتجاه استعان الباحث بالمتوفر في ادبيات الموضوع كما كشفت الدراسة عن امكانية تحقيق هذه المقاربة في الميدان من خلال اختيار عينة تشكلت من 34 مؤسسة واستخدمت في الدراسة ادوات احصائية متعددة لتحليل و معالجة البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية، و من ابرز النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث ان هناك استعدادات مقبولة لدى العينة المدروسة لتبني معظم مرتكزات ادارة الجودة و نظام الوقت المحدد. كما تمخض عن الدراسة توصيات لتبني النموذج الياباني لادارة العمليات بالنسبة للعينة المدروسة وفق المبادئ العلمية الصحيحة مع ضرورة الاحاطة بكل التطورات التكنولوجية من اجل زيادة مستوى الاداء في المؤسسات محل الدراسة فضلا عن التوصيات و المقترحات الاخرى.
