مبدأ المساواة من المنظور الدولي: الجزائر نموذجا

Abstract

جاء الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان ليضع أسس وقواعد للمساواة بين الرجل والمرأة, وهذا من اجل حفظ حقوق المرأة التي عانت كثيرا، فكان لها النصيب الكبير في هذه الاتفاقيات والعهود والمواثيق العالمية التي تنادي بحقها في المشاركة السياسية ودورها الريادي في تقدم المجتمع. كما كان لشريعتنا السمحاء الدور البارز في إبراز قيمة المرأة ومكانتها سواء داخل الأسرة أو بالحياة السياسية. ونلمس هذا من التجربة الجزائرية والتي كشفت المرأة من خلالها عن قدرتها القيادية والتنظيمية, ومن هذا المنطلق تأتي إشكالية بحثنا: إلى أي مدى ساهمت المنظمات الدولية في تفعيل وتكريس مبدأ المساواة داخل الدولة؟ وما هي أهم الاتفاقيات الدولية التي شاركت بها الدولة الجزائرية لتكريس مبدأ المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة؟ The Universal Declaration of human rights establishes rules for equality between men and women, and to save women's rights which has suffered so much, had a large share in these treaties, covenants and instruments which call for the right to political participation and leadership role in the progress of society. The tolerant religion also had prominent role in highlighting the value of the status of women both within the family and in political life. And we see this from the Algerian experience which showed women on leadership and organizational capacity, and in this sense we are problematic: the extent to which international organizations have contributed to the activation and the principle of equality within the State?, what are the most important international conventions which Algeria had participated to the principle of equality between men and women?
