Abstract

نتيجة للتحولات الجيواستراتيجية العالمية تسعى العديد من الدول إلى مراجعة عقيدتها العسكرية في ظل ما يشهده العالم من تحديات وتهديدات ومخاطر تستوجب الإهتمام بمدى تفاعل المؤسسة العسكرية مع هذه التغيرات باعتبار إرتباط الجيش بالأمن الوطني، بأبعاده الصلبة واللينة. تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة العقيدة العسكرية الجزائرية باعتبار أن الجيش الجزائري تأسس قبل إنشاء الدولة المستقلة من خلال تسليط الضوء على مبادئ وأهداف العقيدة العسكرية الجزائرية وكيفية تفاعلها مع تحولات البيئة الإقليمية As a result of the global geostrategic transformations, many countries are seeking for review their military doctrine in light of the challenges, threats and dangers that the world faces. The military's interaction with these changes is due to the army's commitment to national security, with its hard and soft dimensions. This paper seeks to study the Algerian military doctrine as the Algerian army was founded before the establishment of the independent state by shedding light on the principles and objectives of the Algerian military doctrine and how it interact with the changes of the regional environment.
