Efficience De L'approche Systémique Dans L’enseignement Supérieur

Abstract

Cette étude vise à analyser l’aspect fondamental de l’approche systémique et proposé un modèle de re-contextualisation des connaissances pour l’appréhension de la complexité du système de l’enseignement supérieur. Nous recherchons l’efficience de l’approche systémique comme un ensemble complexe organisant les éléments structurels en interaction de ce système et posé le problème de l’enseignement supérieur en terme de système dynamique. L’efficience de ce processus permet de s’orienter dans la complexité des interactions de trois éléments: triade pédagogique (enseignant, apprenant, savoir), méthodes didactiques et aspects organisationnels du système pour agir efficacement. Ainsi, L’interaction positive est présente au niveau élémentaire de chaque liaison entre les constituants du système et du sous-système, et dans sa totalité. L’action didactique au fil du temps fait émerger un savoir recontextualisant la situation précaire et trouver les solutions adéquates en passant d’un palier cognitif à un autre. Abstract: This study aims to analyse the fundamental aspect of the systemic approach; and we proposed a recontextualisation model of knowledge to understanding the complexity of higher education system. We seek the efficiency of this approach as a complex dynamic system in organising the interaction between structural elements of higher education, and posed the pedagogic process in terms of a dynamic system. Whereas, this dynamic process allows to guiding the multi-paths of interactions between three components: education (professor, student, knowledge), educational methods and organisational aspects. Then, the system performing positively the interaction between elementary component of each level of the system and the subsystem, and in its entirety. Therefore, didactic action over time give emergence of new knowledge, this recontextualisation will modeling the precarious situation and find the adequate solution by passing from cognitive level to another. Keywords: systemic approach; complexity; modelisation; interaction; higher education. الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل اسس النسقية واقتراحه كنموذج لإعادة تحيين المعرفة يسمح بمعرفة تعقيدات نظام التعليم العالي. كون المقاربة النسقية تقوم بالبحث في النظام ككل و مركب، من خلال تنظيم المكونات البنائية المتفاعلة وطرح مشكلة التعليم العالي كنظام ديناميكي. حيث أن هذه العملية الديناميكية تسمح بتوجيه آلية مسارات تفاعلات المكونات الثلاثة: التعليم (الأستاذ، الطالب، المعرفة)، الطرق التعليمية والجوانب التنظيمية، ثم تنفيذ ذلك بفعالية. بالتالي، فإن التفاعل الإيجابي القائم في المستوى الأول بين مكونات النظام والنظام التحتي، و كذللك على مستوى كل المنظومة. العمل البيداغوجي مع مرور الوقت يولد معرفة و إعادة صياغة الوضعية غير المستقرة وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة من خلال الانتقال من مستوى معرفي إلى مستوى أعلى. الكلمات المفتاحية: المقاربة النسقية ؛ النمذجة ؛ المركب ؛ التفاعل ؛ التعليم العالي.
