أخرجة أنشطة الإمداد كإستراتجية لتحسين تنافسية المؤسسة الصناعية

Abstract

The Globalization of markets and developed competitive needs resulting from it, push the majority of the enterprises to consider the activity of logistic as a competitive weapon to optimize the cost and to improve the quality of service, etc. This matter is resulting from the preoccupation relating to optimization of practices in order to concentrate on the core business, in which the responsible of enterprises prefer to Outsourcing of logistics activities in a progressive way to qualified providers. Many researchers prove that the progressive need to the Outsourcing influent positively on some elements like the cost, delivery delay, and the quality of service, etc. However, in our knowledge, the researches that focus on the influence of outsourcing of logistics activities in Algerian companies are almost absent. From the suggested theoretical point of view, our work leads to study how the outsourcing of logistics activities can influence the business competitiveness. That is what conduct us to make an Empirical study based on survey which covers The most important axes of the study. Our study targeted mainly a sample of Algerian industrial companies that resort to outsource their logistics activities. The results that were achieved will be presented in the practical part of this thesis where we will present also the deficiencies and the horizons of the study. عولمة الاسواق و المتطلبات المتطورة للتنافسية الناتجة عنها، تدفع اغلب المؤسسات الى اعتبار نشاط الامداد كسلاح تنافسي لترشيد التكاليف، تحسين جودة الخدمة،...الخ. هذا الامر ناتج عن الانشغال المتعلق بترشيد الممارسات بهدف التركيز على "المهمة الاساسية"، اين يميل مسيرو المؤسسات الى اخرجة انشطة الامداد على نحو متزايد الى مزودين مؤهلين. العديد من الباحثين بينوا بان اللجوء المتزايد للمؤسسات يؤثر ايجابا على عناصر مثل التكلفة، اجال التسليم، جودة الخدمة،...الخ. و مع ذلك، و في حدود علم الباحث فالابحاث التي تستهدف تاثير اخرجة انشطة الامداد بالنسبة للمؤسسات الجزائرية غائبة تقريبا. بالاستناد الى الاطار النظري المقترح تسعى بحثنا الى دراسة كيف يمكن ان تؤثر اخرجة انشطة الامداد على تنافسية المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية. و هذا ما قادنا الى اجراء دراسة تجريبية انطلاقا من استبيان شمل اهم محاور الدراسة. دراستنا استهدفت اساسا عينة من المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية التي تلجا الى اخرجة انشطتها للامداد, النتائج المتوصل اليها سيتم عرضها في الجزء التطبيقي للدراسة، اين سنقدم كذلك ملخص عن نقائص و افاق هذه الدراسة.
