دور الديمقراطية في تحقيق الأمن الإنساني: العالم العربي أنموذجا.

Abstract

تهتم هذه الدراسة بتحليل إشكالية إرساء وترسيخ القيم الديمقراطية كمدخل لتحقيق الأمن الإنساني في العالم العربي في ظل تحديات العولمة، حيث يؤكد الواقع العربي عدم قدرة الأقطار العربية على تفعيل هذه القيم العولمية إلى ممارسات ميدانية، نظرا لجملة من التحديات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية التي ساهمت في تعميق أزمات بناء الدولة العربية، نتيجة للتراكمات التاريخية والأيديولوجية والاقتصادية والسوسيو ثقافية، والتي حالت دون بناء دولة المؤسسات الضامنة للممارسة الديمقراطية والمستجيبة لمطلب الكرامة الإنسانية. Abstract This study was performed in order to analyse the issue of settling and establishing the democracy values as a preamble to achieve the human security in the Arab World in the light of the globalization challenges, it is obvious that the Arab reality shows the incapacity of the arab countries to translate these globalization values into field acts due to a sum of local territorial and international challenges, consisting of crises in building the Arab state as a result of historical, ideological, economical and sociocultural accumulations, which prevented building the state institutions granting the democratic practice as responds to the human dignity call.
