الأمن الإنساني كمقاربة لمكافحة الهجرة غير الشرعية في الجزائ

Abstract

سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إبراز دور مقاربة الأمن الإنساني في مواجهة ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية ، وسنتطرق إلى أهم أسباب هذه الظاهرة ومؤشراتها في الجزائر، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وصف هذه الظاهرة، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه لابد من وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية وطنية تركز على معالجة النقائص ذات العلاقة بالواقع المعيشي للمواطن. We address through this paper, the role of the Human Security Approach to face the phenomenon of illegal emigration. Using an analytical approach, we investigate this phenomenon and discuss its main causes and indicators in Algeria. One of our most important outcomes, is the necessity to develop and implement a national strategy to overcome the shortcomings related to the living conditions of the citizens.
