Abstract

تسعى الدراسة للوقوف على ما خلفته أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد من تداعيات على الأمن الإنساني في دول المغرب العربي، وكيف شكلت بالفعل تهديدا غير تقليدي للأمن الإنساني، خاصة أن آثارها لم تمس الجانب الصحي فحسب بل امتدت للجانب الاقتصادي والغذائي، والجيوسياسي. باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمقارنة بالمقاربة بين الدول المغاربية الأكثر تضررا، بحيث عكست هذه الأزمة عدم جاهزيتها في مواجهة مثل هذه الاوبئة، خاصة على مستوى توافر البنيات التحتية المتعلقة بالقطاع الصحي، أو المكوّن البشري الكافي، وكذا التجهيزات اللازمة، وهو ما ينعكس سلبا على أمننا الإنساني في شقه المتعلق بالتحرر من الخوف، والتحرر من الحاجة، والتحرر من المعاناة. Abstract: The study seeks to find out what the new crisis of Corona virus has left for human security in the Arab Maghreb countries that are most affected, and how it actually represented an untraditional threat to the human security, especially as its effects were not related to the health side but also extended to the economic, food and geopolitical side. by Using the analytical descriptive method and the comparison Rapprochement between the Maghreb countries that are most affected On the other hand, this crisis reflected the Maghreb countries unpreparedness to confront such pests, especially at the level of the availability of health infrastructure, or the adequate human component, and the necessary equipment, which reflects negatively on our human security, in its part on freedom from fear, freedom from want, freedom from suffering
