اضطراب طيف التوحد وتحديات دقة التشخيص

Abstract

يهدف هذا المقال إلى إلقاء الضوء على تحديات التشخيص لاضطراب طيف التوحد، حيث عادة ما يتم تشخيص التوحد بناء على سلوك الطفل، ولذلك فإن هناك عدة أعراض لطيف التوحد تختلف في ظهورها من طفل لآخر، فقد تظهر بعض الأعراض عند طفل، بينما لا تظهر هذه الأعراض عند طفل آخر، رغم أنه تم تشخيص كليهما على أنهما مصابان بالتوحد، ذلك إضافة إلى اختلاف حدة الاضطراب من طفل لآخر. ولأن انتشار مرض التوحد بين الأطفال بازدياد مستمر وواضح، لا بد من تحديد المحكات بدقة والأدوات المناسبة التي على أساسها يتم بها تشخيص اضطراب طيف التوحد وتمييزه عن الاضطرابات الأخرى. Abstract: This research aims to shed light on the diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorder, where autism is usually diagnosed based on the behavior of the child, and therefore there are several symptoms of autism that differ in their appearance from one child to another, in addition to the different severity of the disorder among children. And because the prevalence of autism is constantly increasing in children, it is necessary to accurately identify the criteria and the appropriate tools on the basis of which autism spectrum disorder is diagnosed and distinguished from other disorders.
