النزاعات الإثنية ودورها في الهجرة غير الشرعية

Abstract

لقد اكتسب مصطلح الاثنية أهمية كبيرة في الدراسات السياسية والاجتماعية في وقتنا الراهن وذلك بسبب كونها وراء كثير من النزاعات التي تشهدها دول كثيرة في مختلف أنحاء العالم، والقارة الإفريقية لا تمثل استثناءً في هذا الصدد، فإضافة إلى مخلفات الماضي الاستعماري وسوء معالجة قضية التعددية الإثنية أدى ذلك إلى تسببها في اندلاع كثير من النزاعات والحروب الأهلية التي تعرفها القارة، وقد أفرزت النزاعات الإثنية العديد من المشاكل أبرزها مشكلة اللاجئين، إذ تعد إفريقيا أكثر قارات العالم من حيث عدد اللاجئين حيث يقدر عددهم حسب ما أكدته المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللآجئين بحوالي 18 مليون شخص، أكثر من ثلثهم هم من المهاجرين غير الشرعيين، وهذا ما يؤكد على الدور الكبير للنزاعات الإثنية في تعميق ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، اعتماداً على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لفهم وتحليل أبعاد الظاهرة. The term ethnicity has gained great importance in political and social studies today because it is behind many conflicts in many countries around the world, and the African continent is no exception in this regard. In addition to the remnants of the colonial past and the mishandling of the issue of ethnic pluralism, it has caused many conflicts and civil wars known to the continent, and ethnic conflicts have produced many problems, most notably the refugee problem, as Africa is the most continental continent. The world has an estimated 18 million refugees, more than a third of whom are illegal immigrants, underscoring the significant role of ethnic conflicts in deepening the phenomenon of illegal migration, based on the analytical descriptive approach to understanding and analysing the dimensions of the phenomenon.
