Abstract

So came this study, they attempt to deal academic scientific manner, in the study of the phenomenon of the occupation of Iraq, and to clarify the principle of double standards in American political behavior, which promotes the process of the liberation of Iraq from the Baathist regime, and the spread of democracy, the values of human rights. We seek through the folds of the thesis to analyze what caused the US occupation of profound disruption of Iraqi society, where the disrupted balance the equation between races and creeds different components of the spectrum of the Iraqi people, which is directly bolted on the future of the state and the people, in the framework of the integration between the state security and human security. يناقش موضوع الاحتلال الأمريكي للعراق و انعكاساته على أمن الإنسان العراقي، متغير على قدر عال من الأهمية في حقل السياسة الدولية، ألا و هو الاستخدام غير المشروع للقوة من قبل (و.م.أ) ضد العراق، فضلا عن عدم التزام الإدارة الأمريكية بتطبيق الشرعية الدولية، و منه مساهمتها في الحفاظ على الأمن و السلم الدوليين، لكن في النهاية احتكمت إلى منهجها في تحقيق مصالحها الإستراتيجية و لو على حساب الإنسان. لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة، كونها محاولة للتعامل بطريقة أكاديمية علمية - تتحرى الموضوعية - في دراسة ظاهرة احتلال العراق، و توضيح مبدأ ازدواجية المعايير في السلوك السياسي الأمريكي، حيث يروج لعملية تحرير العراق من النظام البعثي، و نشر الديمقراطية و قيم حقوق الإنسان من جهة. و نهجه المعتمد في التدمير المنظم للعراق و تفكيكه، وزرع بذور التقسيم الناعم، و خلق ما يسمى بالإستقطاب الطائفي الحاد، فضلا عن تورطه في إنتاج بيئة مفعمة بمختلف الإشعاعات النووية التي أنهكت مثلث أمن الإنسان (الصحي، الغذائي، البيئي) من جهة اخرى. بالإضافة إلى أن الديمقراطية التي روج لها الاحتلال لم تزد العراق إلا تفككا بنيويا و مؤسساتيا. و نسعى عبر ثنايا الأطروحة تحليل ما أحدثه الاحتلال الأمريكي من اختلال عميق بالمجتمع العراقي، أين اختلت معادلة التوازنات بين الأعراق و المذاهب المختلفة المكونة لطيف الشعب العراقي، الأمر الذي انسحب بشكل مباشر على مستقبل الدولة و الشعب على حد سواء، في إطار التكامل بين أمن الدولة و أمن الإنسان.
