تعقبات الثعالبي على إبن عطية من خلال الجواهر الحسان

Abstract

يعنى هذا البحث بجمع تعقبات الثعالبي على ابن عطية ودراستها دراسة علمية، للوصول للإجابة على إشكالية رئيسية وهي: إلى أي مدى وفق الثعالبي في تعقباته على ابن عطية؟ وقد اشتمل على مدخل عرفت فيه مصطلح "التعقب" لغة واصطلاحا، يليه بابان، الأول خصصته للدراسة النظرية، تضمن الفصل الأول منه ترجمة ابن عطية والثعالبي والتعريف بتفسيرهما، وأما الفصل الثاني فتتبعت من خلاله نشأة التعقب في التفسير وتطوره، كما تناولت فيه أيضا منهج الثعالبي في التعقب، أبرزت أهم الصيغ التي اعتمدها، مع التعريج على أسلوبه من حيث الاستشهاد ولزوم الأدب مع ابن عطية، كما أوردت أهم الموضوعات التي شملتها تعقباته. أما الباب الثاني فيهدف إلى دراسة هذه التعقبات في ضوء أقوال أهل التفسير وقواعد الترجيح، وقد تم تقسيمها إلى فصول حسب مواضيعها، جاء الفصل الأول لدراسة التعقبات العقدية، اشتمل مسائل في النبوات، وأخرى في الغيبات، ومسائل متعلقة بمبحث الأسماء والأحكام. يليه الفصل الثاني خصصته لدراسة تعقبات الثعالبي على ابن عطية في علوم القرآن، اشتمل على تعقبات في أسباب النزول، وأخرى في المشترك اللفظي وعادات القرآن، بالإضافة إلى تعقبات في الإعجاز والناسخ والمنسوخ. وأما الفصل الثالث فتضمن تعقبات في التفسير، راعيت في دراسة مسائله التقسيم النبوي للقرآن، فاشتمل على تعقبات في السبع الطوال، وأخرى في المئيين، بالإضافة إلى تعقبات في المثاني، والمفصل. أما الفصل الرابع فتناولت فيه التعقبات اللغوية، منها ما له صلة بالإعراب، ومنها في معاني الألفاظ والحروف، بالإضافة إلى عود الضمير. وأما الفصل الخامس والأخير، فخصصته للتعقبات التي لا ترتقي أن تكون فصلا لقلة مسائلها، فجمعتها مع نظيرها في فصل خاص بتعقبات في موضوعات متنوعة، منها ما له صلة بالحديث، ومنها ما له علاقة بالفقه والتاريخ والسيرة ... ختمت البحث بخاتمة أوضحت فيها أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها منها: بيان تعدد صيغ الثعالبي على ابن عطية، مع بيان التزامه بالأدب أثناء الاستدراك، كما اتضح أنه يستند إلى الأدلة ويستشهد بأقوال أهل العلم سالكا في ذلك مسلك الاختصار، وقد جاءت تعقباته شاملة لموضوعات عديدة وفق في أغلبها، وهذا ما يعكس قوة اطلاعه، وتمكنه من أدوات التفسير التي تجعل من جواهره تفسيرا مستقلا بذاته، لا كما ادعى البعض بأنه مجرد اختصار، ليس له بعد الجمع والترتيب إلا عمل قليل، وأثر فكري ضئيل. This research is concerned with collecting the Commentaries of al-Tha'labi on Ibn Atiyah and studying it scientifically, in order to reach an answer to a major problem, which is: how far Al-Tha'labi has Succeeded in his Commentaries on Ibn Atiyah, It included an introduction on the term "taakoub" was defined in language and idiom. It is followed by two chapter, the first I devoted it to theoretical study, The first chapter included the biography of Ibn Atiyah and Al- Tha'alibi, And the introduction of their interpretation, In the second chapter, i traced the emergence and development of "Commentary" in the interpretation. In it I also dealt with Al-Tha'alibi method in Commentary, I demonstrated the most important expression used by him, While explaining his method in terms of citation and behavior with Ibn-Atiyah, It also listed the most important topics covered by his commentaries. As for the second chapter, it aims to study these commentaries through the sayings of the interpreters and the rules of preference, It has been divided into chapters according to their topics. The first chapter came to study the ideological commentaries, It included issues on prophethood, others on occultations, and issues related to the study of names and jurisprudence. It is followed by the second chapter, which I devoted it to studying the commentaries of al-Tha'alibi on Ibn Atiyah in the sciences of the Qur’an. Include commentaries on the reason for descent, And another on the verbal commonality and ways of the Qur’an, In addition to tracts on the inimitability, the transcript, and the abrogater and abrogated. As for the third chapter, it contains commentaries in interpretation. In studying his issues, I took into account the prophetic division of the Qur’an. It included commentaries in the long seven, And another in the Mi'in, Plus, Mathani and Moufas'al. The fourth chapter deals with the linguistic commentaries. Some of them are related to parsing, and some are related to the meanings of words and letters, In addition to return of the pronoun. As for the fifth and final chapter, i devoted it to commentaries that do not rise to be a chapter because of their few issues, So I collected it with her counterpart in a special chapter of commentaries on various topics, some of which are related to the hadith, and some related to jurisprudence, history and biography of the prophet PBUH... I concluded the research with a conclusion explaining the most important findings including: Representation of the multiple Wording of Tha'alibi on Ibn Attiyah, With a statement of his good behavior in the remedy, It also became clear that he is based on evidence and citations of scholars, walking the path of shortening. His commentaries included many issues, most of them were agreed upon, This is what reflects his power of knowledge, And his ability to interpret the tools that make his interpretation an independent one, No, as some have claimed that it is just an abbreviation and a Little intellectual impact.
